■Position: Fund & Portfolio Management (대리-과장급/ 채용인원:2명)

■Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the management of various funds/joint ventures including building and maintaining of the fund models, active participation in the review/preparation of investment proposals (investment memos and underwriting models), on-going monitoring of investments and portfolios, and reporting to investors with regular and ad hoc reports and investor presentations.
– Assist in preparation of annual business plans for each of the funds/JVs and assist in closely monitoring the funds/JVs’ performance against the business plans.
– Summarize relevant information and develop customized meeting materials for senior management to facilitate personalized, thoughtful discussions with key strategic relationships
– Collaborate across internal groups to oversee the response to investor requests and questionnaires
– Articulately communicate with key internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion
– The candidate will be required to have a thorough understanding of the forecast returns for individual assets and maintain awareness of relevant issues that may impact portfolios.

■Qualifications
– 3 years + relevant industry experience. Real estate asset management background prefer.
with related experience (capital raising / private investment placement / finance / real estate investment and asset management).
– Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience.
– Strong financial modeling/excel skills
– Good command of English
– Strong sense of responsibility for designated investors, focus on high degree of investor satisfaction and delivering to a high standard of product.
– Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
– Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to details.
– Enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
– Strong work ethic and ambition.
– Related degrees and certificates preferred but not required.
– 해외근무 및 해외출장 가능자(for one of the Candidates): To be relocated to Singapore with frequent (~30% of time) travel between Korea and Singapore
