Relationship Associate or Assistant Relationship Manager, FI (Permanent position)
Role & Responsibilities
1. Assist to perform global relationship management for Financial Institutions and generate revenue for target clients
2. Provide high standard of service quality to FI Korea’s existing and potential clients by offering solutions and feedbacks proactively and timely
3. Responsible for preparing ‘Asset Portfolio Report’, ‘Customer Profitability Report’. ‘FI exposure’, ‘Revenue tracking and credit line utilization’ report and other management reports required by FI Head Office, Seoul Branch and other divisions in the bank
4. Co-ordinate to solve problems on SGD clearing and remittance between Head Office and Korean banks
5. Assist Head Financial Institutions Korea on the following:

- Marketing effort to targeted clients
- Share any ideas to generate revenue and improve efficiently in procedures
- Prepare for the annual country review
- Credit risk matters
- Source industry and economy related information
- Service clients in absence of Head Financial Institutions Korea
6. Maintain data integrity of all transactions and ensure proper filing.
7. Responsible for preparing periodical review and report of RCSA for FI Korea
8. Good understanding of products and transactions
9. Ensure understanding and adherence to policies and procedures
10. Assist Trade Finance for Seoul Branch
Qualification
1. Fresh graduates (대졸이상)
2. Preferred majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or majors related to the named courses
3. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, high level Power point 고급) 능통자
4. Strong English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal)
