Global Investment Division, Fund Solutions Team (Staff~Assistant Manager level, 1person)
– 전문계약직. Contract employee
2. 주요 업무 및 자격 요건
(1) 주요 업무
* 해외 재간접/위탁 펀드 운용
– 해외주식형, 해외채권형, 해외멀티에셋형 등 운용
– 해외 운용사와 커뮤니케이션 및 해외 상품 분석
– 해외 펀드 성과 분석, 모니터링, 운용보고서 작성
– 연기금/보험사 등 기관투자자 RFP 제안서 작성 지원
* 화이트라벨링 펀드 등 리테일 신상품 개발 및 운용
– 마케팅 지원 (운용역 프리젠테이션, sales 자료 작성 지원 등)
– 유관 부서와(영업, 상품 등) 긴밀한 협업을 통해 상품성 검증
– 해외 운용사와 적극적 미팅 및 네트워킹을 통해 아이디어 발굴
(2) 자격요건/우대사항
– 4년제 대학졸업 및 동등자격 이상 학력 소지자
– 투자자산운용사 (필수)
– 영어 능력 상급 (verbal/written)
– 팀워크/책임감을 중요시 하는 자
(1) Major Duties
* Portfolio Manager of global fund of funds and delegated funds
– Manage funds across different asset classes: global equities, global fixed income, and global multi-asset
– Communicate with overseas asset managers and analyze overseas products
– Analyze/monitor fund performance and write monthly fund reports
– Respond to RFPs from institutional investors and assist with RFP writing
* Develop and manage new retail funds including white-labeling funds
– Support retail and institutional sales teams on marketing-related activities to gain market share and asset base
– Work closely with retail sales and product strategy teams to validate new product ideas
– Network and collaborate with overseas asset managers to develop new product ideas
(2) Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Certified Investment Manager (required)
– Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
– A team player with strong sense of responsibility
