■ Responsibilities
– To provide Fixed Income market coverage in Korea
– To manage the fund liquidity in repo market and the fund of funds, model portfolio
– To edit and publish presentation materials and fund performance reports
– To communicate investment ideas/views
– To comply with the investment philosophy and processes of Barings and to be pro-active
in suggesting improvements to the process to Head of Fixed Income
– Will be trained to be a portfolio manager depending on work performance or business needs
■ Requirements
– 1-2 years’ experience or similar capacity in financial market
– Basic knowledge and insight on fixed income market and financial market
– Strong communication skills
– Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and can be a team player
