o Intern for ANDA Asset Management ESG team
o Term: around 6 months

Team Intro
Our team primarily engages in 2 different types of deals
o Activist investment: Invest in publically traded companies and engages in activist campaign to bring about change within the company to unlock hidden value
o PE investment: Investing in promising unlisted companies and helping them grow in order to create value
Responsibilities
o Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information.
o Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance.
o Building models to illustrate projected financial results and value to companies.
o Developing marketing memoranda and delivering sections of research presentations.
o Participating in the execution of deals.
Qualifications / skills / requirements
o Student at a top tier university ? no graduates.
o You have a strong interest in investing and finance.
o Analytical, quantitative, a team player, results driven, a multi-tasker, possess a strong work ethic, have excellent oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
o Prior internships are a plus but not a requirement.
o Excellent Korean with business fluent English (or better)
