[Job Description]

1. Support Deal Sourcing on Korean Quasi-Government, Corp, FI & Global Quasi-Government, Corp, FI for Korean & Global Investors for Debt(Main) & Equity Fund Raising or Plain Vanilla Debt, CAPEX, M&A, Infra Financing, Ship Financing, ECA Financing, Green & ESG Financing

2. Preparing IM(Investment Memo with Disclaimer for the Credit Approval of the Investors)

3. Supporting Investors on KYC & AML process, Credit Q&A with Clients(Borrower or Issuer) & Equity Investors

4. Preparing Term Sheet for the Global Syndicated Financing offer

5. Supporting Facility Agreement & Registration Statement preparation, collaborating with Korean & Global Lawfirm to support Investors

6. Support CAPEX, PF, Green Financing document collection & Registration for fund Raising

7. Regularly Checking the investment appetite from Korean & Global Bank & Non Bank FI Investors

8. Supporting Big Financing as advising the trendy financing for the Issuer & Borrower

9. Client Meeting & Conference Call for Financial Advisory & Syndication Pitching and Arrangement

10. Structuring Financial Facilities to customize the demand of the clients

11. Supporting Global Conference Call & Due Dilligence for Global Investors, Issuers, Borrowers, Law Firms, Lenders and so on.

12. Supporting FATCA(Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) & EU Bail-in & Out & Facility Agreement Advisory

[Qualification]

1. Sounding Personality with Strong Academic Background in Finance, Accounting, Law, Tax(SKY or & Global Top 20 Bachelor – However, if confident in work capability with enough passion, bachelor degree from under Top Criteria can be considered.)

2. Very Fluent or Native in 2 or more languages between English, Korean, Chinese

3. Hungry on learning, career development on Global IB

4. 2-10years credit background from Korean & Global FI Credit & Equity Analyst, PF Team, Syndication Team, Banking, Accounting FAS, Relationship Manager for Big Corporate, FI, Global Clients

=> Pure Entry Level staffs & Internship Staffs can be also considered if potential qualification has been well equipped with excellent attitudes & Strong Passion. (The reference might be checked.)

5. Excellent Investment Memo Document Preparation Capability with Accuracy using MS-Office & Financial Modeling Job Capability

6. In-Depth Expertise on Corporate Finance Proposal(Bilateral & Syndicated Loan & Bond & Fund)

7. CPA, CFA, Lawyer License will be also a plus factor.

8. IB M&A팀, FICC Sales팀, 은행권(시중은행 및 KEXIM, KDB, IBK등 포함) or 외국계은행 RM, 심사부, 신디케이션팀, 투자금융부, 구조화금융부, IB팀, 대기업 재정팀등 유관업무 경력자 역시 지원 가능합니다.

9. 대학교 졸업생 및 휴학생 모두 지원 가능하나, 휴학생의 경우 Resume와 이수학점/졸업요건학점이 적힌 성적증명서 1부를 함께 첨부 부탁드립니다.

10. 조건에 맞는 지원자가 있다면 조기마감될 수 있습니다.
