BDA Partners – Intern Analyst (3/6 months contracts) – Cross-border M&A Advisory

BDA Seoul office is looking for a highly motivated and qualified intern analyst. We are looking for 3 months (6 months preferred) contracts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both verbal and written English
High interest in investment banking and M&A
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently
Strong working knowledge”MsoNormal”>Prior experience in relevant sectors is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Support senior investment bankers in research across various sectors and companies
Assist in preparing pitch books, valuation model and other various works

BDA Partners는 국내외 학부 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 인턴을 모집하고 있으며, Cross-border M&A Advisory 업무에 관심 있으신 분들에게는 해당 직무에 대해 다양하게 배울 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다. 현재 3개월 또는 6개월 인턴 가능자를 찾고 있으며, 레주메에 희망하는 근무 기간을 명시해주시기 바랍니다. 많은 지원 바랍니다.

– Self-motivated 되어있으며, 배움에대한열망이강한자
– 국내외 대학교 또는 대학원 재학생 또는 졸업생 (재학생 선호)
– 영어 (말하기/쓰기)에어려움이없는자
– 한국에서 근무하는 데 법적 문제가 없는자 (외국인의 경우 F-4 visa 필요)
