가상계좌 결제 시 채팅에 결제 완료 메세지를 알려주세요! 담당자의 확인 검토 후 위와 같이 열람 가능합니다.

 

<결제 유의사항>
1. 본 프로젝트를 구매하신 분들께서는  최대 2시간 이내 (영업일 기준) 에 구매 최종 확인 안내 및 셀프트레이닝 외 학습혜택에 대한 안내 메일을 송부드리겠습니다.

2. FCB 금융학회의 각종 결제는 카드결제와 가상계좌 거래를 원칙으로 하며, 할부거래는 3,6,9,12개월 모두 가능합니다.

3. FCB 금융학회는 별도 계좌로 입금을 직접 받지 않습니다.

4. 만약, 불가피하게 회원님 사정으로 카드 결제가 어려우신 회원님께서는 KG 이니시스 결제창을 통해 (가상) 계좌이체가 가능하시며, 현금영수증 발급을 시스템상에서 즉시 받으실 수 있습니다.

5. 기타 문의사항은 info@fcbfi.org 로 메일 문의주시면 친절하게 안내 도와드리겠습니다.

6. 환불 관련 유의사항은 아래 이용약관 환불규정을 확인바라며 결제 완료 시, 환불규정을 모두 확인하신 것으로 간주됩니다.

제 10 조 (수강취소 및 환불신청)
1. 수강료를 입금한 수강신청자가 환불신청하는 경우 이메일 (info@fcbfi.org) 환불액을 받을 수 있는 지정은행 및 지정계좌를 입력하여야 합니다.
2. 수강료를 환불 요청할 수 있는 기간은 결제 후 7일 이내이며, 환불처리는 영업일 기준 2주 이내 처리가 됩니다.
3. 수업 또는 서비스가 시작된 후 24시간 이내 수강료 환불 요청시 100% 환불 됩니다.
4. 수업 또는 서비스를 개시한 후의 환불요청기간 7일 중 50% 미만 기간에 환불요청을 할 경우, 환불 기준금액의 50%의 금액을 환불받을 수 있습니다.
5. 수업 또는 서비스를 개시한 후의 환불요청기간 7일 중 50% 초과한 기간에 환불요청을 할 경우, 환불 기준금액의 25%의 금액을 환불받을 수 있습니다.
6. 수업 또는 서비스를 개시한 후의 환불요청기간 7일을 초과하여 환불요청을 할 경우, 환불이 불가합니다.
