[업무내용]
Global Capital Markets (GCM) works across both debt capital markets (DCM) and equity capital markets (ECM) universe, specializing in primary markets where securities are initially issued. Typical DCM transactions include international bonds issuances by Korean institutional clients across diverse markets, including but not only limited to, USD, CHF, AUD, EUR markets with a wide range of products including plain vanilla senior unsecured bonds, subordinated capital securities, and others. For ECM, product offerings include block trades (both new and secondary shares), IPOs, pre-IPOs (private placements), GDRs, EB/CBs and many other capital raising transactions for Korean clients.
GCM team assistant will be primarily be assigned to following tasks;
– Assist overall transaction process from origination to execution
– Follow market news and trends for DCM and ECM transactions
– Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
– Update daily market overview
[근무조건]
– 급여조건 : 세전 월 2,000,000원 (OT 발생 시 지급)
– 근무위치 : 서울특별시 종로구 우정국로 26
– 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00 – 초과근로 시 수당 지급
– 예상 입사일 : 11월 중순 입사예정 1명

– 근무형태 : Manpower 소속 6개월 파견계약직
