Tcha Partners Asset Management Internship Opportunity
Tcha Partners is a fast growing Seoul-based investment management firm with ~KRW140bn
AUM. The team comprises of experienced professionals from Asset management and Major
Developer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support day-to-day activities of
real estate development.
1. Position : Real estate development division, Full Time Intern
2. Duration: 6 months (3 months + 3 months extension)
3. Requirements:
− Able to work full-time
− Understanding of basic accounting and finance
− Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
− Diligence and ability to handle work accurately
− Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
− Strong team player with a professional attitude
− Interest in real estate development
− Prior experience in Asset management, Developer, Real estate consulting or research is a
plus
4. Responsibilities:
− Compile and verify domestic real estate market research(Housing, Retail, Logistics, etc.)
− Undertake financial modeling and valuation as required
− Undertake the job of making sales and business feasibility analysis reports
− Prepare, edit and modify investment materials and IM as required
− Provide support to senior members of the team as required.
− Provide support on administrative responsibilities as required
