Tcha Partners Asset Management Internship Opportunity
Tcha Partners is a fast growing Seoul-based investment management firm with ~KRW140bn AUM. The team comprises of experienced ex-Macquarie professionals across investment banking and fund management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support day-to-day activities of shareholder activism funds.
1. Position : Offer-based Full Time Intern
2. Duration: 6 months (3 months + 3 months extension)
3. Qualifications:
Able to work full-time
Understanding of basic accounting and finance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with professional attitude
Passion for value investing
Interest in shareholder activism and/or corporate governance
Bilingual (Korean and English) highly preferred
Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, consulting or equity research is a plus
4. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth, fundamental industry / company research
Build and maintain detailed operating and financial models
Support team’s day-to-day management of shareholder activism funds
Assist in marketing material preparation, valuation, due diligence, etc.
