[Position Summary]
Shinhan Alternative Investment Management Inc. (“Shinhan AIM”) is looking for a hard-working, resourceful, and analytical intern to join the Corporate Credit team. The internship program provides an introduction to venture capital and acquisition financing. As an intern, you will work on a variety of investment deals and make meaningful contributions while developing knowledge and foundational skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll gain insight into investment management and learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities of an investment professional. The three-month internship program will start in mid-January.
[About the Team]
The Corporate Credit team manages two types of funds focused on impact investing and growth capital deals. We invest in junior loans, convertible bonds, and equity (RCPS). The team has an extensive network of relationships, including Shinhan GIB, VC firms, and other major domestic companies.

[Responsibilities]
– Research and analyze detailed corporate and financial information
– Assist in preparing reports from the analyzed data
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
[Qualifications]
– You are currently a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (junior/senior)
– You must have understanding of venture capital, loan investment, and business analysis
– You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
– You are detail-oriented and have the ability to work efficiently
– You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Relevant internship experience and/or leadership involvement in student organizations is a plus
– You must be proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– You must be fluent in English and Korean
