Quinvir Investment, newly established in 2018, is a dynamic private equity firm that has originated or invested over U$20M in cross-border deals mainly based in Asia. Quinvir Labs, an accelerator, and subsidiary body to Quinvir Investment, is focuses on investment and SI fundraising for companies seeking to expand abroad. Our team is comprised of 10 professionals from top global investment banking and accounting firms. Quinvir Investment is looking to add a new member to its Seoul office to work with the investment team (Starting Immediately).
Responsibilities will include:
• Experience with DCF modeling and tradable company analysis (preferred)
• Conduct in-depth company and industry research to support senior management
• Prepare written materials for client meetings and discussions
• Manage communication with clients and participate in meetings with clients
• Preparing detailed investment memos
Qualifications and Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
• A college degree from a top-tier academic institution
• Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• High motivation, good attitude, and attention to detail
• Manage relationships with corporate clients and generally manage client accounts
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (preferred)
