[모집부문 및 포지션]
: Operation Analyst (Middle Office)
[담당업무]
• Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for Clients settling in Korea markets
• Timely response to internal/external client queries regarding trade allocation/ settlement.
• Manage local system on timely basis to perform trades match, clearly communicating with client’s local custodian.
• Proactively follow up client to avoid Buy in/regulatory impact.
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client fails
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
• Breaks investigation and resolution.
[자격조건]
• Presentable, confident and internal/external client focused.
• Excellent communications/MS Office skills and ability to present to an audience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
• Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection

[업무 조건]
– 근무지 => 시청역/광화문역 근방
– 근무시간 => 주5일 / (월~금) 09:00~18:00
– 근무형태 => 11개월 (아데코코리아 소속 파견직)
– 급여 => 면접후 협의
