Settlement team
1. Input client instruction into systems
2. back up settlement staff when they’re out of office and support
3. pre-matching and settlements for securities
4. Check pending/fail trades
5. Process internal & external cash transfers
6. Check cash balances and perform FX if necessary
7. Regulatory reporting
8. Other RTB processing
Corporate Action
1. Print & collect the information on corporate action events from KSE and KOSDAQ newspapers, Check systems and DART(Financial Supervisory Service)
2. Update and process client instruction in time.
3. Check all transactions such as income processing, entitlement processing through db Trader, IDMS and m-view & FMS system.
4. Prepare FX files and update FX rate quoted by FX dealer in the system, and send FX confirmations.
5. File documents in order
6. Give prompt and accurate replies to all kinds of inquiries
7. Regulatory reporting
8. Other RTB processing
9. Reconciliation
10. Support Billing
[자격조건]
– Bilingual in English and Korean (fluent English)
– relevant working experience preferred
– Proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly
[업무 조건]
– 급여조건 : 면접 후 경력에 의거 협의
– 근무기간 : 6개월

[근무지 및 근무 시간]
– 근무지 : 서울시 종로구 (종각역 부근)
– 근무시간 : 09:00~18:00 (주5일)
[전형절차]
– 서류전형 : 서류 수시 확인 후 개별 연락
– 면접전형 : 서류전형 합격자에 한하여 개별 통보
– Background screening, 채용검진 (Medical check) : 면접 전형 합격자에 한해 개별 통보
